How It Works

Exercise, sport and fitness is central to everything that we do at The Everyday Athlete Co. We want you to follow your passion and do whatever physical activity you enjoy and prefer. Whether it be walking the dog, going to cross-fit class, boxing, basketball, cycling, swimming or running. As long as you are consistent with your effort, no matter what level of athlete you are—amateur to pro.
